This dangerous mission was portrayed in the national bestselling book and popular movie, “Black Hawk Down.” In the streets of Mogadishu, Jeff faced his greatest fears. He relied on his training, skills, and deep faith to bring him through some of the most intense combat the U.S. Military had seen since the Vietnam War. Today, he challenges and inspires audiences with the gripping account of his experience under fire and in the face of imminent death. Commissioned in 2000 and now serving as an Army Chaplain, Jeff has been married to his wife Dawn for sixteen years. They have five children: Aaron, Jacob, Joseph, Abigail, and Lydia.
